　知っての通り、Dr.Kが、復活させた恐竜たちを連れてきた島が、恐竜島です。私がまず知りたいのは、「Dr.Kがどのようにして恐竜を復活させたのか」ということです。それが分かれば、復活した恐竜たちについての情報が得られます。そして、Dr.Kの行方や、恐竜たちを保護する方法もわかるでしょう。勇気のいる調査ですが、まだ第一歩です。
　どうか引き続き、ご協力いただきたい。

2-2.次の調査依頼：近日公開

　皆様のご協力のおかげで、恐竜島の調査は、当初計画を想定を大幅に上回る速度で進んでいます。
サイラスくんは調査結果の統計システムづくりを、マヤ博士は研究予算の増額申請に追われています。

　いまや各国の研究者だけでなく、政府機関やあらゆる分野の専門家から、調査依頼がひっきりなしに私のもとに届いております。
　私は、これらの中から、恐竜島の謎を明かすのに最適なものを選別し、調査可能な形式になおしている最中です。
　できあがり次第、こちらで予告・報告させていただきます。

　ーー皆様の調査結果は、島の外にあるカメラで画像解析後、サイラスくんのPCに届きます。えんぴつで書いていただいているので、手に持って通過するだけで結果は解析できます。
　細かい話ですが、調査とは、簡単に言うと「こたえを知るための作業」なので、厳密には、現時点で「こたえ」はありません。とはいえ、それではすっきりしないと思いますので、現在あつまった調査結果のうち、最も有効そうな結論を「こたえ」として、現地を管理している調査員には伝えてあります。どうかご理解くださいーー。

　調査員としての皆様の勇気ある行動と鋭い観察眼は、ドローンカメラや衛星画像では決して捉えることのできない、極めて貴重なデータをもたらしてくれます。皆様の現地での努力が、島の頂点捕食者たちの移動パターンや社会行動の理解、そして恐竜復活とDr.Kの謎の解明を大きく進展させることに間違いはありません。

　島は絶えず進化しており、その歴史における皆様の役割は今や確固たるものとなりました。皆様の調査報告を心待ちにしております。
