Chokoku-meshi experience

The rice fields at Soleil Hill produced a lot of rice this year.

At this "Chained Rice Experience," we will taste this new rice and local ingredients.

Rice is cooked in a rice cooker to make onigiri (rice balls), and local vegetables are harvested to make asazuke (pickled vegetables) and eat the chain soup.

Those who have not participated in rice planting or harvesting are welcome to join us!
