Balloons are weather-sensitive rides and cannot be raised depending on the weather on the day of the event.
We will make a decision to hold the festival the day before (December 28).
The event will be cancelled if there is a possibility of inclement weather.
If the event is cancelled at the discretion of the organizer, refunds will be processed at the sales site (BASE).
The event may be interrupted due to weather conditions during the event.
